I remember D-day (diagnosis day) so well. It's hopeful, but devastating at the same time. when the activity of arranging services dies down and you have time to think, you wonder if it's the right thing. But you know what? It is right. Because unfortunately, our kids NEED that "golden ticket" to function in this world.
